Institute of Technology and Management, Dehradun, has always adopted industry & placement-friendly pedagogy to enable its students have bright job chances.
This is the reason that even before students complete their degree programs, they are short-listed by corporate and business houses for jobs from I.T.M. Dehradun.
Adhering to above mentioned policy, a workshop titled Fundamentals of Research – Phase 1, was organized by I.T. Department of I.T.M. Dehradun at the instance of College Chairman Nishant Thapliyal. This workshop was organized under the umbrella of I.T.M. (I.T. Club).
Besides preparing students for industry, motive behind the workshop was also to inculcate a research-oriented approach in students, guiding them to initiate research and innovation.
The workshop was observed by C.E.O. Sanchit Jain, Director Harshit Aggarwal, Principal Dr Anju Gairola alongwith H.O.D.s of B.A. (Yoga) and I.T.
Students appreciated the workshop as they learnt a lot from it.
