Adani enterprises has said it has decided not to go ahead with its 20,000 crore follow on public offer (F.P.O) and will return the proceeds to investors.
The announcement comes after thr F.P.O was subscribed fully on the last dat to the offer.
The board offer of Adani Enterprises Ltd. Decided not to go ahead with fully subscribed F.P.O.
Given the Unprecedented situation and the current market volitilty, the company aims to protect the interst of its investing community by returning the F.P.O proceeds and withdraws the completed transaction, the company said in a satement.
