On the auspicious Uttarakhand’s festival of Harela, Institute of Technology and Management, Dehradun, contributed not only by words, but by deeds as a Pipal Tree was planted at Manduwala Campus site of I.T.M. Dehradun collectively by its Chairman Nishant Thapliyal and Registrar Ruchi alongwith other staff members of the college.

Notably, I.T.M. Dehradun has always shown concern for water conservation and eco-system and stood for it by all means. I.T.M. Dehradun wishes all best wishes on the festival of Harela and upkeep of environment.

Following is a poem penned down by one of the staff members of I.T.M. Dehradun Raja Ram to create awareness and highlight importance of Harela:

तुम जीते रहो और जागरूक बने रहो,

हरेले का दिन बार-बार आता रहे,

आपका परिवार दूब की तरह पनपता रहे,

धरती जैसा विस्तार मिले, आकाश की तरह उच्चता प्राप्त हो हिमालय में हिम रहने और गंगा में पानी बहने तक इस संसार में तुम बने रहो!
