WEST BENGAL GOVERNMENT FORMS COMMITTEE TO PROTECT INTERESTS OF TEA SECTOR

West Bengal Government has formed a group of ministers to resolve issues related to Tea Sector in the state, a minister, who is a part of the panel, said.

The committee has been set up to protect the interests of all stake-holders including workers, and to promote Tea Tourism in the state, Agriculture Minister Sovandeb Chattopadhyay informed.

They have already held a few meetings and deliberated on various issues pertaining to Tea Sector, Chattopadhyay told the Press.
