In Uttarakhand’s District of U.S. Nagar traders have alleged that they are receiving ransom calls from abroad. In answer to such complaints, Uttarakhand Police said that Police the callers are bring traced.
According to S.S.P. of U.S. Nagar, the ransom calls are coming on WhatsApp and callers are using the same number. Police is in process to track the callers.
We are also trying to locate local miscreants who are providing traders’ mobile numbers of the district to the callers, Manjunath T.C., S.S.P., U.S. Nagar, added.
