RAJAHMUNDRY, Jun. 30, 2023 (TBINN) Reportedly, three persons were killed in a blast that took place in a drug-factory of East Godavari District.
Accident happened in the production block of Vision Drugs Private Limited situated in Kondagudem which is hamlet of Gowripatnam in East Godavari District. Donga Mahidhar, Y. Ratna Babu and K.V.Satyannarayana were killed in the accident.
Accordimg to East Godavari District Collector K. Madhavi Latha, ethanol was struck in pipe in the production block and these three employees inserted iron rod to push the Ethanol. Thus, resulting in accident, due to protocol lapses.
