After three days when Sharad Pawar suddenly announced his resignation as Nationalist Congress Party’s president, founded and headed by him since 1999, the octogenarian today said he was taking back his decision.
I can’t disrespect your sentiments. Due to your love, I am respecting the demand that was made to me to withdraw my resignation and the resolution that was passed by senior N.C.P. leaders. I withdraw my decision to step down as national president of the Nationalist Congress Party , Sharad Pawar said at a press conference.
