SEVERAL TRIBAL OUTFITS PROTEST AGAINST HEMANT’s ARREST AND CALL FOR JHARKHAND BANDH TOMORROW

RANCHI, Jan. 31, 2024 (TBINN)

Protesting against the arrest of former chief minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren, several tribal outfits gave a call for Jharkhand bandh on Thursday.

Speaking to the Press, Kendriya Sarna Samiti president Ajay Tirkey said 15 to 20 tribal organisations from across the state will join the shutdown.

Despite co-operating with Enforcement Directorate in the investigation, Hemant Soren was arrested. We protest this, Ajay said.
