Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch has arrested a 29-year-old man from Uttarakhand for allegedly raping a minor girl in Juhu Area of the city last month, an official said.
An F.I.R. was registered by Mumbai Police. Crime Branch also began a parallel investigation in the case. Police had been on the trail of the accused and visited Thane and Delhi.
During investigation police received a tip-off that the man is in Uttarakhand and nabbed him, the official said.
