Actor Rakul Preet Singh has said she will pay an ode to the Black-and-White Era of Indian cinema at the upcoming International Indian Film Academy (I.I.F.A.) Awards.
The 23rd edition of the awards will be held on May 26 and 27, 2023 at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, the U.A.E., for a second consecutive year.
Rakul Preet Singh, known for films such as De De Pyaar De and Yaariyan, said she is excited about her maiden dance performance at I.I.F.A.
I am very excited as it is my first performance at I.I.F.A. I have always watched the award show at home during my growing-up years. It’s an act that has not been done before on the I.I.F.A. stage.
My performance is a tribute to the black-and-white era. I cannot reveal much, the songs will be a surprise, Rakul Preet Singh told reporters at the I.I.F.A. awards press conference.
