A 1988 Batch Officer of Indian Administrative Services Radha Raturi becomes first Lady Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand. She took charge from outgoing Chief Secretary S.S. Sandhu who has retired.
Radha Raturi has service period till March of 2024. But, keeping Lok Sabha Elections in light, it is expected that she will be given an extension of service.
