Report registered under 302 by Goa Police

The Bharat India has exclusive copy of Sonalu Phogat’s postmortem in which it has been mentioned that her body bore many mark of injuries inflicted by some pointed object, though the name or kind of object hasn’t been mentioned.
Thereafter, on the complaint of Sonali’s family, a case has been registered under Section 302 of I.P.C. Sources said Sonali Phogat’s personal assistant Sudhir Sangwan and his friend Sukhwinder Wasi have been detained and are likely to be arrested shortly for their alleged involvement in her murder.
A police team from Anjuna Police station is on its way to search the hotel rooms of the duo. Sagwan and Wasi, who accompanied Phogat when she arrived in Goa on August 22, 2022 were named as accused in the murder case.
