Opposition I.N.D.I.A. alliance leaders staged a protest near Gandhi Statue in the Parliament Complex today, a day after 14 M.P.s were suspended.
While Derek O’Brien of Trinamool Congress (T.M.C.) was suspended from the Rajya Sabha on Thursday, 13 Opposition M.P.s, including nine from the Congress and D.M.K.’s Kanimozhi, were suspended from Lok Sabha.
O’Brien joined Opposition M.P.s wearing a T-shirt saying he was on a Silent Protest.
