Today Nayab Singh Saini took oath as new Chief Minister of Haryana, replacing Manohar Lal Khattar. Nayab Singh Saini, a M.P. from Kurukshetra and an O.B.C. community face, was appointed as the state president of Haryana B.J.P. in October last year.
Nayab Singh Saini was chosen as B.J.P.’s legislature party leader after Manohar Lal Khattar stepped down amid cracks in the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party-Jannayak Janata Party Alliance which ruled the state since 2019.
