One lady has also been named in F.I.R.

In Jhansi police arrested two people including a woman for rape of a minor girl. The accused is a neighbour of the victim.
The girl’s father lodged the complaint with the police in which he told them that about three months ago one of his neighbours identified as Rajesh had lured his 16-year-old daughter and then given her sedatives and taken advantage of her and raped her.
Girl’s father further complained that on the day of incident he had gone out in the field to work while his wife had gone back to her maternal home. He mentioned Rajesh was helped by a woman who was his accomplice. The accused woman has been identified as Suman. Police said both the accused are in their mid thirties.
According to father, when he returned from the field he found his daughter in a serious condition. When he asked her what happened she could not tell him anything. So he took her to the hospital from where she was referred to Jhansi Medical College.
However, on Sunday the girl managed to narrate her entire bearing and told the police that accused threatened her with dire consequences if she told anyone about the incident.
Police lodged an F.I.R. against the man and the woman under Sections 376, 328, 506, 120-B of IPC and section 3/4 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act.
Lalitpur’s S.P. G.K. Chaudhary said that both accused are on the run and they have formed several police teams to track them. Girl has been sent for further medical examination to get more evidence in the case.
