A 54-year-old man died after he was slapped by a State Reserve Police Force (S.R.P.F.) jawan during an argument over the latter’s car headlight in Nagpur city, an official said today.
The incident happened at Mata Mandir Area under Wathoda Police Station in night when accused Nikhil Gupta, aged 30, arrived there to visit his sister.
When Nikhil Gupta was parking his car, the vehicle’s headlight beam struck the face of victim Muralidhar Ramraoji Neware, a resident of the same locality, the official said.
