On International Women’s Day a program – Cherishing Success & Challenges, was organized at Institute of Technology and Management Dehradun.
The program meant to celebrate and honour the contribution of women in different fields was compered by Dr Aakriti Mehta. On the occasion, a thought-provoking panel-discussion was also held on the subject of program. Two panels, featuring eminent woman entrepreneurs, put forth their views in an influential manner.
Chairman of I.T.M. Dehradun Nishant Thapliyal, Director Harshit Aggarwal, Principal Dr Anju Gairola, Registrar Ruchi and Advisor Dr J.P. Pachouri were present among distinguished gathering comprising Priya Gulati, Adarsh Bhatia, Archana Kapoor, Dr Juhi Garg, Anjana Shani and Swati Uniyal.
Participating women in the program also shared their personal journeys, highlighting the struggles, obstacles and triumphs they celebrated along the way of life.
Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment remained the focus of program.
Such efforts like this of I.T.M. Dehradun, in fact, strengthen the cause of Women Liftment and pave way for their achievements and dignity.
