India’s ace shuttler Pramod Bhagat has won a Silver Medal in Singles and two Bronze, one each in Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles at Canada Para-Badminton International 2023 in Ottawa.
In the Men’s Singles final, the Padma Shri awardee went down to England’s Daniel Bethell 12-21 13-21 to secure a Silver Medal with the contest lasting for 58 minutes.
World No. 1 pair of Bhagat and Sukant Kadam, who claimed Gold in the past few events, couldn’t recreate their magic and settled for Bronze Medal in Men’s Doubles.
