An exhilarating salad-making master class, showcasing the culinary talents of students was hosted by the HotelManagementDepartmentof Institute of Technology and Management, Dehradun on its campus.
Creativity and innovation displayed at the event happened to be of presentation best. Highlights of the event were Som Tam Salad, Watermelon & Feta Cheese Salad and Waldrof Salad served with Virgin Mojito. In the event, participants were tasked with crafting unique and visually appealing salads using a variety of fresh and seasonal ingredients. From vibrant greens to exotic fruits, each contestant brought their own flair to the table, presenting an array of flavors and textures that tantalized the taste buds.
Undoubtedly, salad-making master class inspired students to fair further well in their field and improve upon their art. The event was attended by Director Harshit Aggarwal, Principal Dr Anju Gairola, Registrar Ruchi and Advisor Pachouri.
Notably, such tasks and events are frequently conducted by I.T.M. Dehradun at the instance of College Chairman Nishant Thapliyal who believes practical exposure sharpens the creativity and art of students. Besides, Nishant Thapliyal also says that such events enhance confidence of students which helps them at the time of getting placements.
Such pragmatic approach of I.T.M. Dehradun keeps Placement Record of the college above 98 per cent for the past now more than two decades.
