GUIDELINES FOR VEHICLES COMING TO UTTARAKHAND FOR CHAAR DHAM YAATRA ISSUED

Uttarakhand Government has come up with guidelines for the vehicles coming for the Chaar Dham Yaatra scheduled to start in April, officials informed.

The State Transport Department has prepared guidelines for the vehicles with several do’s and don’ts with the objective of ensuring the safety of pilgrims during Yaatra Season.

The R.T.O. officials said that department is deliberating on every aspect to make the Yaatra safer and more convenient for pilgrims and informed that hoardings will be placed on every bus-stop taxi-stand, check posts and major stopovers highlighting the precautions that need to be taken while commuting in the hilly terrain of Uttarakhand.
