Rudolph Willaim Louis Giuliani alias Rudy Giuliani, an American politician and lawyer who served as the 107th mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001 and also previously served as United States’ Associate attorney-general from 1981 to 1983, besides United States’ attorney for the southern district of New York from 1983 to 1989, has reportedly, filed papers in Federal Bankruptcy Court of New York, listing debts including legal fees, unpaid taxes and the $148 million he was ordered to pay to two Georgian election workers.
