One spiritual leader alongwith three of his associates were killed after their vehicle buried under a land-slide in Kamle District of Arunachal Pradesh, police said.
Incident took place on the under-construction Trans Arunachal Highway (Package 5) in the district, Superintendent of Police Thutan Jamba said.
Christopher Hembrom, a spiritual leader, hailed from Jalpaiguri in West Bengal, while his associates are from Assam. They were on their way to Itanagar after attending a three-day healing festival at Dumporijo in Upper Subansiri District, Thutan Jamba informed.
Reportedly, a police-team from Raga Police Station rushed to the spot and retrieved bodies from the debris.
