At least five jawans were killed in a fire triggered by a suspected blast in an Army vehicle in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch District, sources said.
Besides, one Army man is reported to be critically injured. The incident took place on a highway in Bhata Dhurian Area.
Some confusing initial reports, are coming in, according to which, one theory says the blast happened by a lightning strike and the other theory maintains that fire was caused because of militant attack.
Army and police personnel have rushed to the spot, which is 90 kilometres from Poonch, officials said.
