FIRE ENGULFED SHOP IN PALTAN BAZAR OF DEHRADUN

Last night a fire broke out at a shop near Kotwali in Paltan Bazar of Uttarakhand’s capital.
Reportedly, opposite to Rama Market in Paltan Bazar happens to be a cloth-shop of one Prabhuram. All of a sudden, around midnight flames started coming out of the shop.
On getting information City Kotwal V.B. Negi reached the spot with force. Meanwhile, staff of Fire Brigade Department also arrived and were able to contain the fire within 15 to 20 minutes. Thus, a major mishap averted as the place houses dense shops of combustible material. It is to be taken seriously by the authorities of Dehradun and take necessary steps to keep at bay any such future chances of fire in the capital city.
