Colorado’s highest court found, in an unprecedented ruling that’s headed for the U.S. Supreme Court that former U.S. president Donald Trump is ineligible to serve as United States’ president because of his actions inciting the Jan. 6, 2021’s attack on the U.S. Capitol.
