A local court has ordered registration of a complaint against Prakash Chandra Dhyani, Managing Director of state government undertaking Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand (P.T.C.U.L.), for allegedly getting several promotions on the basis of fake documents.
Dehradun Judicial Magistrate, First, Urvashi Rawat ordered that a complaint be filed against Prakash Chandra Dhyani under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The court said it was appropriate to file a complaint against Prakash Chandra after reading the documents attached with the petition filed by R.T.I. activist Anil Baluni.
