2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup semolina (suji)
100 gm margarine
100 gm salted anchor butter
Almond essence/vanilla essence..
Almonds cut into halves..
1) knead them all well & make a smooth flour (don’t over knead)
2) Make round on the palms lightly n put almonds cut into halves..
Preheat the oven on 175 degree Fahrenheit.
Place the entire tray on the top most shelf my fire is from below bake them & after 10 mints turns the tray again and again total of 4 times till u see below golden color..
Total of 40 minutes on this slow baking nicely
Makes about 50 pieces good size as you see..
Place your cookies on a tray..
It can be served at any occasion
