A special Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) Court in Mumbai has acquitted jailed gangster Chhota Rajan in the 1997 Murder Case of union leader Datta Samant.
Acquitting Chhota Rajan in the murder case, Special Judge A.M. Patil said that for want of cogent evidence, Rajan was being acquitted.
