Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today alleged that Bhartiya Janta Party indulged in “hooliganism” during Chandigarh mayoral polls and called the series of events during the election a “Black Day for democracy”.
Arvind Kejriwal’s reaction came after B.J.P. swept Chandigarh mayoral polls, winning all the three posts including of Mayor, defeating the Congress-A.A.P. alliance.
