Widespread rain or snow is also likely over Arunachal Pradesh.
Widespread rain or snow with thunderstorms is possible over Sikkim.
Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal have on cards scattered rain with thunderstorms.
Isolated rain is expected over Assam and Nagaland.
Isolated snow or rain is a possibility over Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Moderate fog is likely in some pockets of Haryana and Delhi in the Morning hours.
