Super Moist
Banana Cake Recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup SALTED Butter anchor (original says unsalted but i love salted butter)
1-1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup fresh milk (kept at normal room temperature)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Extra chopped walnuts for
Decorating the top
4 ripe bananas mashed= 1 cup
PREHEAT OVEN TO: 330 deg
( 170 degrees Celsius)
PROCEDURE:
1) Sieve dry ingredients. Set
aside.
2) Cream the butter and
sugar then add the vanilla
essence.
3) Add the dry ingredient
slowly by alternating flour
and milk until all mixed up.
4) Fold in the mashed
bananas
5) Mix in chopped walnuts
6) Decorate top with chopped
walnuts
6) Bake in preheated over at
330 degrees Fahrenheit
( 170 degrees Celsius) for
45 min- exactly
