The Supreme Court today posted for hearing a batch of petitions challenging Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra governments’ laws allowing bull-taming sport Jallikattu and bullock cart races on November 22, 2022.
A five-judge Constitution Bench headed by Justices K.M. Joseph, Ajay Rastogi, Aniruddha Bose, Hrishikesh Roy and C.T. Ravikumar, said it would take up the matter on November 22, 2022.
