A Delhi Court today issued notice to the Enforcement Directorate on Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea seeking regular bail in a Money Laundering Case related to the alleged excise scam.
Special Judge Kaveri Baweja, who initially directed the Central probe agency to file its response to Kejriwal’s plea by Saturday, later fixed the matter for June 7, 2024, after the Enforcement Directorate (E.D.) sought more time to respond.
The judge, however, directed the E.D. to file its response by Saturday on Arvind Kejriwal’s another plea seeking interim bail for a week on medical grounds.
